Our client is looking for Regional Business Manager to join their team and grow sales on their Midlands territory.

The Role

  • Own and grow the Midlands territory, identifying where the biggest opportunities exist to expand home therapy adoption.
  • Drive new business by opening doors, building relationships and developing opportunities across NHS, hospitals and key accounts.
  • Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities, from initial engagement through to successful implementation.
  • Deliver sales across the portfolio, consistently achieving commercial targets while supporting better patient pathways.
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, Clinical Nurse Specialists and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential clinical decision-makers across the renal community.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and evaluate home therapy solutions, supporting customers from initial discussions through to successful implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and commercial teams to demonstrate how home therapies can support patients, clinicians and NHS services.
  • Keep close to customer needs, changes within renal services and developments in the home therapy market, identifying new opportunities before they become obvious.
  • Take ownership of your territory, developing and executing a clear strategy that turns opportunities into sustainable commercial growth.

  • Proven experience in medical device sales within the NHS.
  • Experience selling capital equipment would be highly advantageous.
  • Someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts and winning business.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering against targets.
  • Confident engaging with clinicians and senior NHS stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Someone who is motivated by both winning commercially and making a difference clinically.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
