About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural people-person to take ownership of customer retention and VIP performance across our London West region– and to play a leading role in keeping Sytner's customers coming back to us time and again.
Reporting to the London West F&I Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind retention and VIP activity across the region.
Working hand in hand with Sales Executives, Business Managers and Dealership Managers, you will design and deliver the campaigns, coaching and events that build genuine customer loyalty and keep our F&I teams performing at their very best.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who loves being out among the teams. This will include running prospecting events, delivering call-coaching workshops and supporting underperforming sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering monthly and quarterly retention activity across the division, including regional events such as call-out days and other VIP-focused initiatives.
- Delivering call-coaching workshops that lift the quality of VIP and retention calls made by Sales Executives and Business Managers.
- Working closely with sites that are underperforming on VIP and retention, contributing to clear action plans that turn performance around.
- Hosting regular Teams calls with the dealership teams to share strategies and keep everyone aligned to our group goals.
- Keeping the region informed with clear, insightful weekly updates that highlight trends, celebrate successes and pinpoint the next opportunity.
- Being a role model for the Sytner culture and our commitment to being the Best Company to Work For.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Above all, you will bring the professional knowledge and integrity that a role like this demands, always doing right by the customer.
