Regional Business Manager - North Ireland
€55,000 + Car Allowance + Broadband Allowance

About the Role
Our Regional Business Managers are responsible for the overall sales performance and strategic direction of their region, delivering on company vision and targets. You set the strategy for your territory, develop key accounts and the businesses within it, build senior-level relationships with key accounts, and drive consistent, professional execution of joint business plans, monthly call cycles, and marketing activations across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial courage - senior account management experience with high-level (business owner) contacts.
- Ability to manage B2B distribution, analyse, forecast, and control a sales pipeline.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proven track record of sales target achievement with new and existing businesses.
- Coaching SMEs - experience building strong, long-term, trusting relationships with senior customer contacts with high revenue contributions.
- Commercial knowledge of business and value, making decisions to support the needs of the business.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Excellent administrative management.
- Professional skin care experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Ensure that accounts are aligned on the key pillars of the dermalogica strategy: Education, Personalisation, and Human Touch.
- Identify and develop opportunities to progress PSTs into advanced treatment solutions, supported by at home care, guided by consumer demand and market insights.
- Actively segment the defined account base with a focus on identifying opportunities for future growth within existing accounts.
- Partner closely with business owners to understand their goals, jointly build a strategy and execute growth plans, setting key objectives for activities and revenue growth.
- Build high-level relationships that focus on long-term retention.
- Continually identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the New Business Development Manager to grow distribution with high-value Professional Skin Therapists and Medical practitioners' prospects. Identify and target potential clients through active prospecting methods, including cold calling and networking. New business acquisition for high-value accounts and medical practitioners.
- Communicate new product launches, promotions, and key marketing activities to all accounts to maximise sell-out impact.
- Regularly report on growth and activity metrics to the Sales Manager, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in territory management.
- Build accurate sales forecasts at a customer level based upon shared business plans. Hold regular reporting meetings with your line manager to discuss performance in terms of pipeline, account planning, growth objectives, and market opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by consistently closing sales and generating revenue.
- Stay updated on market insights and consumer data to build account strategy and future growth.
- Ensure the coordination of internal resources to service the needs of customers, including Product Supply, Education, and Marketing Assets, to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Ensure full compliance with internal processes, including maintenance of Sugar CRM records.
- Be the ultimate owner of the customer relationship. Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to address customer opportunities and concerns, while always ensuring you remain the main point of contact for your accounts.
- Support other ASM territories when there is a business need, such as a vacancy, holiday cover, or project support.
- This role will also involve the planning and delivery of trade events; partner engagement days, trade shows, and prospecting events.
