Job Summary
As a Regional Business Manager, you will work towards high growth targeted sales activity with all existing and potential customers. Reporting into the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers in the South-West England territory. You will provide our customers with personalised account management which closely supports their business by making Wurth Electronics UK their electronics supplier of choice for their products. You would be responsible for representing and growing the business of our product range.

Responsibilities
- Growing sales and profit within the territory by increasing active projects across multiple customers, with multiple contact points in the business
- Being active with customers within territory, both in person and remotely
- Managing projects, working with our customers through the life cycle of the project, from design concept to production
- Regular territory management reviews for support and growth
- Provide our customers with personalised account management that closely supports their business by making Wurth Electronics UK their electronics supplier of choice for their products
- Develop market strategies by researching high potential prospects
- Full responsibility of your territory to ensure numbers of customer and spend increase in line with the company vision growth expectations

Candidate profile, skills & attributes
- Bachelors Degree ideally in electronics or an engineering discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years' proven sales success in relevant product, service, engineering or OEM
- Strong intellect, desire to develop professionally, natural curiosity and analytical aptitude
- Able to articulate experience in a design-led sales environment whereby you are familiar with working with members of design, procurement and/or engineering teams
- Understand project management, working hand in hand with our customers from design concept through the life cycle of the project (from six months to two years, typical sales cycles)
- Must have strong negotiation skills, high energy, and be driven to perform
- Willingness to travel nationally with some international travel
- Must hold a full UK drivers License
Working hours
Mon- Fri 8am-5pm (40h a week)
