Are you ready to lead from the front in one of the most pivotal roles in our campaign operation?
As a Regional Campaign Manager, your core responsibility will be to design, lead, and deliver impactful campaigns across the Eastern Region. You will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution, ensuring every element is aligned with our objectives and tailored to local needs.
This is a digital-first role, where innovation, data-driven decision-making, and modern campaigning techniques are at the heart of everything you do.
Role responsibilities
- Your priority is ensuring national campaign strategies and policies are adhered to and delivered.
- Building a strong relationship with MPs/Candidates, Group Leaders, and Association officers so you are a trusted port of call for political and campaigning advice and support.
- Support Campaigns whether that is locally employed staff, local government councillors and candidates, Association officers, and activists in producing and delivering their pre-regulated period campaign plan.
- Being responsible for driving improvement in the quantity and quality of campaigning activity in the target constituencies or allocated local government campaigns by building capacity through training and agreed KPIs.
- Working with the MPs/Candidates and Group Leaders on their campaigning strategy and single-issue campaigns and ensuring maximum political benefit and data capture from these campaigns.
- Be the professional responsible for campaign literature and digital plans and products. Including ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Develop the skills of locally employed staff, local government councillors and candidates, Association officers, and activists in producing these items and ensure the production meets agreed set deadlines.
- Liaise between locally employed staff, local government councillors and candidates, Association officers and activists, and the Digital team to ensure digital campaigning is embedded into the campaign plan and implemented.
- Lead from the front. Personally lead a campaign session, training campaign staff as required in the agreed areas of political focus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
