Regional Change Lead

Location: London, UK - Remote
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate: 300 GBP/Day Inside IR35

Must have:

  • Finance Transformation experience
  • CPG Industry experience

They will consult and engage with the business stakeholders at multiple levels to facilitate the change during deployment; supported by the global change team.

Activities include:

  • Create and maintain regional / market change management plan aligned to global approach and framework.
  • Leverage the Change Impacts, best-practices and the tools needed to localize and personalize for respective region & market
  • Apply global stakeholder and communication plan to create market plan
  • Identify audience and determine communication needs by market
  • Share expertise and best-practices to deliver inspiring & compelling messages and cascade global messages to market(s)
  • Support identification and onboarding of regional / market Change Champions
  • Coach Change Champions to drive adoption and readiness
  • Support scoping, organizing and delivering of enablement & training activities and integration with wider change plan
  • Localize global enablement & training materials
  • Identify market end-users for relevant enablement & training and support scheduling with Reckitt L&D
  • Report business readiness and project status to global governance
