SecurityBridge is a fast-growing global software company and the leading provider of cybersecurity solutions for SAP. Our platform helps organizations worldwide protect their mission-critical SAP systems through real-time threat detection, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and security automation.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Channel & Alliances Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth through a high-performing partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP Global Channel & Alliances, you will develop and execute the regional Channel & Alliances strategy while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Partner Operations to accelerate indirect revenue and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Develop and execute the regional Channel & Alliances strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Build, recruit, onboard, develop, and optimize Strategic Alliances, Technical Alliances, GSIs, MSSPs, Resellers, and Referral Partners.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with strategic partners.
- Establish executive relationships with key partner stakeholders and continuously optimize partner performance to maximize commercial success.
- Balance partner recruitment, development, and optimization to build a scalable indirect revenue engine.
Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Execution
- Own the regional indirect revenue target.
- Drive partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-led pipeline and revenue growth.
- Execute joint go-to-market initiatives across resale, co-sell, referral, and managed service business models.
- Increase partner contribution to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), regional bookings, and strategic account penetration.
- Develop partner-specific growth plans aligned with regional business priorities.

Pipeline & Strategic Account Management
- Build predictable partner-generated pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales on account mapping, strategic account planning, and opportunity management.
- Lead opportunity reviews and coordinate executive engagement across strategic customer opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, CRM data, and forecasting.
Partner Enablement & Performance
- Enable partners through commercial planning, sales enablement, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
- Monitor partner performance through defined business and sales KPIs.
- Provide regular business updates to the VP Global Channel & Alliances on partner performance, pipeline, revenue, Joint Business Plans, and ecosystem development.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or SAP ecosystem sales.
- Proven success in Channel Sales, Strategic Alliances, or Partner Sales.
- Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs), SAP consulting partners, MSSPs, Technology Alliances, Resellers, and Referral Partners.
- Demonstrated success building partner-generated pipeline and delivering measurable indirect revenue growth.
- Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Strong understanding of indirect go-to-market models, including resale, co-sell, referral, and managed services.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, executive relationship management, and forecasting skills.
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Nice to Have
- Experience within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.
Important Information
- This is a fully remote position within the assigned region.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence within the designated hiring region.
