Regional Chief Engineering - London
Our Central Engineer team is growing and we are looking for a Regional Chief Engineering - London, who will be responsible for overseeing the Building Services of all hotel properties and all their plant and equipment and for the maintenance and repair of such to protect the Owner's assets. Whilst also ensuring that all Health & Safety measures are in place and adhered.

Responsibilities
The Regional Chief Engineering will be responsible for:
- Function as the primary support to the facilities by request, ensuring that the facility is current with prescribed company engineering operating standards
- Ensure that properties adhere to the company-prescribed maintenance standards, performing equipment audits within safety and asset protection systems
- Oversee energy conservation by educating properties on energy conservation strategies, developing property-specific plans, and effectively reducing energy consumption expenses
- Train and develop new and current Chief Engineers on the essential skill sets required to manage property assets, including utilities, HVAC, electrical, and safety programs
- Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls, and the operational efficiency of building services within the group hotels
- Procure and manage the preparation and execution of reactive and preventative maintenance plans for all group hotels
- Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and fire life safety codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures. Ensure that any tests and inspections required on equipment are carried out and records maintained.

Requirements
The Regional Chief Engineering will have:
- Minimum 10 years straight employment in chosen field after graduation, prior to any change in career
- Demonstrate a positive natural progression in career path with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory roles and positions
- Held the position of Chief Engineer or Relevant Property Maintenance Management Title within a hotel environment preferably within a multi-site Company
- Proven record of successful experience in management, budgeting, goal setting, and achieving all aspects of Hotel and Building Services Engineering
- Demonstrate motivational leadership skills, problem-solving, planning and organizing, decision making, prioritizing, delegating, and training & developing subordinates for succession planning
- Ability to coordinate a number of projects to address detailed issues whilst maintaining a strategic overview
