We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Regional Client Manager, UK Intermediary Distribution to join our UK Intermediary Sales team. Working alongside Regional Sales Directors, you will build relationships with IFAs, wealth managers and advisory firms, helping drive client engagement, business development and growth across a defined territory. This role is located in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Build and manage relationships with intermediary clients across an assigned region, including IFAs, wealth managers and advisory firms.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to identify, develop and progress new business opportunities within target firms.
- Engage clients through telephone and virtual meetings, maintaining regular contact and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Act as a regional market specialist, developing knowledge of key firms, platforms, consolidators and local market trends.
- Present BNY Investments’ products, solutions and investment capabilities to a range of intermediary client segments.
- Manage sales pipeline activity, ensuring timely follow up, clear ownership and progression of opportunities.
- Use CRM tools and market intelligence to analyse activity, identify growth opportunities and support regional planning.
- Work closely with Client Service, Marketing, Reporting, Performance and Compliance teams to deliver a high standard of client support.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in client relationship management, business development, sales support or intermediary distribution within asset management, wealth management or financial services.
- Knowledge of the UK intermediary market, including financial advisers, wealth managers, platforms and consolidators.
- Understanding of investment products, fund structures and the distribution of investment solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage clients and manage commercial conversations.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, with strong attention to data quality and activity management.
- Bachelor's degree, IMC qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred. Relevant intermediary distribution or client-facing investment industry experience is required.
