Position: Regional Commercial Manager – Scotland / North Region
Contract Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week
Location: Field based in the Scotland region
Shift: Monday to Friday – variable hours
Starting Salary: £50,000.00 per annum

Role specific responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth across member network, 3PL, and international services through proactive prospecting and solution selling.
- Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from lead to close.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored commercial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to create commercially viable and deliverable proposals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
- Achieve and exceed weekly activity targets including calls, meetings, proposals, and volume goals.
- Support smooth onboarding of new accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on pipeline performance, forecasts, and key opportunities.
