Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and highly connected Regional Commercial Manager – Eastern Europe & CIS to drive Playnetic’s commercial growth across the region.
This is a broad commercial role with responsibility for both new business development and the growth of existing client relationships. We are looking for someone who understands the regional iGaming landscape, knows the key operators and decision-makers, and can represent Playnetic at a senior level in the market.
The right person will combine sales, account management, relationship building, marketing, and market development. You will have significant autonomy to build the region, supported by the wider Playnetic commercial, marketing, and product teams.
As the business grows, there is clear potential for this position to develop into a regional leadership role with responsibility for building and managing a local commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive Playnetic's commercial growth strategy across Eastern Europe and CIS markets.
- Identify, approach and close new operator partnerships, using both your existing network and proactive business development.
- Develop strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities to increase performance, distribution and revenue.
- Act as the key commercial face of Playnetic within the region and build relationships with senior industry decision-makers.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and take ownership from initial engagement through negotiation, launch and ongoing growth.
- Work closely with Account Management to ensure partners receive a high level of commercial attention and support.
- Entertain and engage clients through meetings, dinners, events and other relationship-building activities.
- Represent Playnetic at major industry exhibitions, conferences and regional events.
- Work with Marketing to develop regional campaigns, events, partnerships and initiatives that strengthen Playnetic's presence.
- Provide insight into regional market trends, competitors, operator requirements and opportunities.
- Work with Product and other internal teams to ensure we understand what partners in the region need.
- Over time, help build the regional commercial structure and potentially recruit and manage a team as the business expands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
