Regional Commercial Manager – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

£100K - £110K + Car Allowance + Benefits

Location: London

We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a Regional Commercial Manager to deliver a portfolio of repairs, maintenance, and voids contracts across London.

As a key member of the leadership team, you play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy across the region, ensuring financial performance, compliance, and strong commercial governance across the contracts.

You will play a key role in supporting operational teams, managing and developing commercial staff, and driving value and performance across a fast-paced, high-volume responsive works environment. You will oversee all regional commercial operations for your region, collaborating with an experienced team to deliver outstanding results.

Regional Commercial Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Full commercial management of a large, high-profile responsive social housing contracts
  • Managing project P&L, forecasts, valuations, and reporting to consistently achieve or exceed financial objectives.
  • Partnering with operational teams to enhance contract performance and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Supporting contract mobilization, execution, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Championing innovation and identifying opportunities to drive growth, efficiency, and added value
  • Ensuring contract adherence and best practice commercial governance

Regional Commercial Manager Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role with a main contractor working on repairs and maintenance
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams in a high-volume environment
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Regional Commercial Manager Salary & Benefits:
