Coordinator, Regional Communications & Strategy
Pay Range: £24–£28 per hour
Location: Remote, London, UK
Contract Duration: 6 months
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Communications Coordinator to support regional and global communications across multiple international markets.
You’ll work closely with communications, marketing, and external agency teams to coordinate campaigns, media activity, announcements, meetings, approvals, and communications deliverables. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communications campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Track press coverage, projects, requests, and regional updates.
- Prepare meeting materials, briefings, reports, and internal communications.
- Support media training, executive/talent press activity, and events.
- Coordinate with regional teams and external agencies across time zones.
- Adapt global communications materials for regional markets.
- Monitor relevant media and industry developments.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delays and ensure timely follow-up.
- Help improve communications processes, templates, and workflows.

About You:
- 3–5 years’ experience in communications, PR, media relations, marketing, or project coordination.
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with international teams, agencies, or external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Interest in entertainment, streaming, gaming, anime, or pop culture is desirable.
This is a coordinator-level contract role focused on execution, organisation, and keeping communications activity moving across teams and markets.
