Communications Coordinator, Regional Communications & Strategy
The Communications Coordinator, Regional Communications & Strategy, will provide day-to-day coordination and executional support for regional and global communications activity, with a focus on supporting communications activity across all regions – EMEA, LATAM, APAC and UCANZ.
Working closely with the Director, Regional Communications & Strategy, regional communications leads, marketing stakeholders, and external agencies, the Coordinator will help keep campaigns, announcements, media activity, approvals, meetings, and communications deliverables moving forward. This role is well suited to an organized, proactive communications professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and bring strong attention to detail to fast-moving work.

The role will support the delivery of agreed communications plans rather than own overall strategy, final approvals, crisis leadership, or senior stakeholder decisions.

Qualifications and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, media relations, marketing, agency coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience supporting communications campaigns, media activity, events, or cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, vendors, or distributed international teams is desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, including Google Slides or PowerPoint, Sheets or Excel, Docs or Word, and Outlook.
- Professional fluency in English; additional European or international languages are a plus.
- Interest in anime, entertainment, streaming, gaming, pop culture, or adjacent industries.
