Regional Controller
Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on improving performance and influencing decision-making? We're looking for a Regional Controller to play a pivotal role in supporting our operational and commercial teams, helping to drive profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.
As a trusted business partner, you'll work closely with senior management, providing insight, challenge, and analysis to support key business decisions. You'll be instrumental in strengthening controls, improving asset governance, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance across revenue, costs, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with regional leadership teams to improve business performance and deliver strategic objectives.
- Developing and supporting short and medium-term business plans and performance targets.
- Delivering high-quality forecasting, reporting, management information, and commercial analysis.
- Monitoring business performance and driving action plans to address risks and opportunities.
- Strengthening financial and operational controls across assets, revenue, and costs.
- Supporting asset governance, including fleet utilisation, inventory management, and aged receivables.
- Producing and reviewing weekly and monthly management information, including P&L reporting and KPI analysis.
- Challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the production and review of monthly management accounts.
- Providing financial insight to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Reviewing sales performance, commission structures, and target achievement.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and commercially focused finance professional who can build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
You'll bring:
- Full or part qualification in ACCA or CIMA, with both commercial and financial accounting experience.
- Strong business acumen and a proven ability to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience using Power BI and Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
