🏐 Regional League Coordinator – BLOOM Netball 📍 Location: Wrexham/Shropshire ⏰ Hours: Part-time or full-time with flexible working hours

Are you organised, community-minded and passionate about helping more women enjoy netball?

BLOOM Netball is looking for a Regional League Coordinator to manage and grow our leagues across Wrexham and Shropshire. This is a varied and rewarding role combining league operations, community engagement, customer support and business development.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring your leagues run smoothly from week to week, while also creating opportunities for new players and teams to join the BLOOM Netball community.

About the role

As a Regional League Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of multiple netball leagues within your area. From organising venues, fixtures and umpires to supporting captains and promoting your leagues locally, you’ll play an important part in delivering a positive experience both on and off the court.

You’ll also help grow netball participation through our Couch2Court® programme, which supports women who are new to netball or returning to the sport after time away.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing and maintaining suitable venue bookings
  • Recruiting, scheduling and supporting umpires
  • Creating fixtures, processing results and maintaining accurate league standings
  • Monitoring team payments and supporting the processing of venue invoices
  • Ensuring league equipment is available and properly maintained
  • Planning and delivering Couch2CourtÂŽ taster and beginner sessions
  • Supporting participants to progress from beginner sessions into league teams
  • Responding to enquiries and helping prospective players find suitable teams
  • Identifying opportunities to launch and develop new leagues
  • Building positive relationships with venues, captains, players and match officials
  • Providing first-line support to captains using our league management platform
  • Planning and delivering local social media content and promotional campaigns
  • Monitoring league performance and providing regular updates on progress, challenges and opportunities
  • Representing BLOOM Netball positively and professionally throughout the region

Experience in netball, sports development, events, community engagement, customer service or league administration would be beneficial. Most importantly, you’ll share our enthusiasm for helping women become more active, confident and connected through netball.

In this role, you’ll help us deliver well-organised, financially sustainable leagues where players feel supported and enjoy returning each week. You’ll also contribute to the continued growth of BLOOM Netball by welcoming new players, developing new teams and identifying opportunities to expand within your region.
