Your Role
- You work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- You maintain accurate customer data and system notes
- You communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery, and invoicing
- You accept customer purchase orders (including clarifications and additional information)
- You generate intercompany orders and monitor them
- You confirm customer orders and provide updates
- You liaise closely with the intercompany team (CCSS) on deliveries
- You invoice customers and submit documentation as required
- You monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution
- Quality issue reporting and follow-up actions, as well as process return orders (as applicable), are also among your tasks
- You act as backup to service coordination and rental coordination
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have customer service experience in an order fulfillment environment
- You are experienced in order processing, freight coordination, and invoicing in an international context
- Knowledge of and experience with customs topics and incoterms are an advantage
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers
- You have an independent and service-oriented way of working; organizational skills, commitment, and team spirit are among your strengths
- You have a confident manner on the phone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- You have an excellent command of English
