About The Role

The Regional Delivery Manager (EMEA) leads end-to-end delivery of Volta's data center developments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, overseeing site delivery, design, and operations teams to bring new capacity online on time and on budget.

This is a senior leadership role owning the regional delivery portfolio and representing Volta in key relationships across the region.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the EMEA region, from design through commissioning
  • Lead and develop regional teams across site delivery, design, and site operations functions
  • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and local authorities across the region
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and risk across the regional portfolio, reporting to global Delivery leadership
  • Partner with Land Acquisition and Power & Energy teams to align regional delivery plans with the site pipeline
  • Ensure regional projects meet Volta's global quality, safety, and design standards
  • Represent Volta in key regional stakeholder relationships, including local government and community engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement in regional delivery processes and playbooks

  • 12+ years of experience in data center, construction, or large infrastructure project delivery, with senior regional leadership experience
  • Strong track record delivering complex, multi-site construction projects across EMEA
  • Experience building and leading regional delivery teams
  • Deep understanding of EMEA construction, regulatory, and permitting environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget and schedule ownership across a project portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
