I am working on behalf of a reputable Main Contractor who have a rich history of project delivery across the Building Sector, in the East Midlands region. Their offices in the region, are performing really well and have a turnover in excess of £150m pa. The business are evenly split between the Public and Private Sector.

Due to an internal restructure due to workload and turnover increasing, the business have a few promotions which has resulted in the need for a 'Regional Design Manager' to join the team.
As Regional DM, you will be responsible for leading a team of Design Managers (circa 7). This is a role which will drive technical governance across bids and live projects, driving design standardisation across the team and providing strategic and high level design input across a number of key Frameworks.
This role reports directly into an Associate Director.

Ideal Candidate:
- Senior Design Manager level currently or Regional Design Manager
- Open to Senior DMs looking to step up their responsibility
- Experience with DFE projects
- Main Contracting Design Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
