Regional Development Practice Manager Assistant

Job Title: Regional Development Practice Manager Assistant
Location: Dentopedia Group Clinics (Supporting Multiple Clinics)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends with mutual agreement)
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: Competitive £15 per hour
(A full UK driving licence is preferred due to occasional travel between clinics.)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Regional Development Practice Manager across multiple clinics.

Role Overview

As the Regional Development Practice Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Regional Development Practice Manager to support the operational, administrative, and commercial performance of multiple clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or senior dental professional looking to develop their leadership and multi-site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Development Practice Manager with the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics.
  • Assist with monitoring clinic performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Practice Managers with operational queries and day-to-day challenges.
  • Help coordinate staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Assist with maintaining CQC, HR, and operational compliance across all sites.
  • Carry out regular clinic visits and provide operational support where required.
  • Help monitor diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, membership growth, and patient experience.
  • Assist in implementing group-wide systems, processes, and operational improvements.
  • Prepare reports and support senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Provide management cover during annual leave or periods of absence where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or Senior Dental Nurse with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident using practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Desire to develop into a Regional Practice Manager role in the future.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Essential Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between clinics
  • Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
  • Experience managing teams and financial performance
  • Able to work part-time Monday to Friday
