An Exciting Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual with verified motor industry experience, based in Northern Ireland but with travel also needed within the Republic of Ireland.

Hayward & Partners provide customised training and consultancy services to meet the unique needs of retail dealer groups, finance companies and OEM's within the UK automotive industry, bringing a wealth of experience to address the challenges faced in this sector. Role Description
The Regional Director operates on a small business investment franchise basis (with full support and advice available) and is a full-time, self-employed position based from within Northern Ireland, with the flexibility to work from home. Regular regional travel will be necessary, including with Irish business contacts. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, developing business strategies, managing client relationships and driving growth.

- Carrying out on-site training, consultation, presentation and coaching
- Engaging with existing and prospective dealership clients
- Working closely with finance company and manufacturer partners
- Completing regular administrative tasks to a high standard
- Effective self-management of diary
- Representing the H&P Brand in a professional way at all times
Relevant Skillsets & Career Background
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the motor industry, with a proven track record of success
- Sales strategy development/management skills
- Client relationship management skills
- Broad knowledge of the UK automotive industry
- Experience in training and consultancy services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
