Regional Director
London/South Region
Permanent, Full Time
ISS Facility Services UK are seeking a Regional Director to take full ownership of London & the South region, operating with the accountability and commercial mindset of a Managing Director.
This role is responsible for customer growth, operational delivery, business performance, pipeline development, and the successful leadership of large and complex contracts across the region. Working within an established framework, you will build and develop the region while taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, service delivery, financial performance, safety, people engagement, and sustainable growth.
Through a deep understanding of the Reimagining Healthcare Strategy (RHS) and customer priorities, you will empower your leadership team to create value, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver consistently high standards in critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of Key Account Managers, Key Account Directors, and/or Key Account Portfolio Managers, with full accountability for customer relationships, people leadership, and financial performance, including P&L responsibility.
- Drive customer growth and business development by building a strong pipeline and supporting the delivery of regional growth plans.
- Oversee the strategic customer focus for the region, ensuring customer information is effectively maintained, structured, and visible within CRM systems and other business tools.
- Lead, mandate, and monitor the use of the Account Development Process and associated account development plans across the region.
- Support teams in translating business insights and customer needs into relevant propositions and solutions.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring both customer and internal stakeholders remain focused on delivering the customer promise and account development objectives.
- Ensure the right leadership capability and succession plans are in place through effective recruitment, development, and talent management.
- Own and sponsor a key strategic priority aligned to the Reimagining Healthcare Strategy across the wider Healthcare business.

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar senior leadership role within Facilities Management (FM); healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Proven experience delivering business and contract growth.
- Experience of managing a large, complex customer portfolio.
- Strong leadership background with experience leading leaders.
- Hard FM Services experience across critical environments would be ideal.
- Experience working within a large matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and central support functions.
- Strong experience in budgeting, financial management, reporting, and performance management.
- Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across multiple sites (car/car allowance provided).
