About Life of Riley
Life of Riley Official is a global luxury concierge and lifestyle management company supporting high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, families, athletes, public figures, and international travelers. From luxury travel, private aviation, and yachts to accommodation, fine dining, events, security, personal services, and bespoke lifestyle requirements, we provide our clients with one trusted point of contact for managing their lifestyle. As part of our international expansion, we are appointing Regional Directors across selected global territories.
The Role
We are looking for commercially driven, well-connected individuals to represent and grow Life of Riley Official within their respective country or region. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing Life of Riley Official's commercial presence within your territory, with two primary objectives:
Client Acquisition & Partnership Development
You will identify opportunities, build relationships, lead commercial discussions, and take qualified opportunities from initial contact through negotiation to close. This is a senior, commercially focused position suited to someone with strong local knowledge, an established professional network, and the confidence to represent a premium international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Life of Riley Official professionally within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute a regional client-acquisition and partnership strategy
- Identify and approach HNW/UHNW individuals, families, businesses, agencies, and professional networks
- Generate and close individual membership, corporate, agency, and bespoke-package opportunities
- Identify and develop relationships with premium service providers and strategic partners
- Lead meetings, presentations, negotiations, objection handling, and follow-up
- Negotiate partnership opportunities within approved commercial parameters
- Build relationships with family offices, private banks, wealth advisers, sports agencies, talent managers, and other professional intermediaries
- Develop a strong regional pipeline and take opportunities through to completion
- Identify relevant networking, events, and strategic introduction opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular regional reporting
- Provide market intelligence regarding your territory, including emerging opportunities, competitors, and luxury-market developments
- Protect Life of Riley Official's reputation, commercial interests, and confidential information

Partnership Development
A key part of the position will be developing a trusted premium partner network within your territory. This may include:
- Luxury hotels, resorts, and private villas
- Private aviation and helicopter providers
- Chauffeur and executive transport companies
- Yacht and marine providers
- Fine dining and private chefs
- Events and nightlife
- Security and close protection
- Luxury retail
- Wellness
- Real estate and relocation
- Destination management
- Golf and private clubs
- Exclusive experiences and specialist providers
You will be responsible for identifying suitable organizations, opening discussions, establishing mutual commercial value, and progressing approved partnerships through to completion.
Client Acquisition
You will also be responsible for identifying and closing new client opportunities, including:
- HNW and UHNW individuals
- Families and households
- Family offices
- Corporate clients
- Athletes and sports professionals
- Talent and entertainment clients
- Agencies and management companies
- Multi-person and bespoke membership opportunities
You should be comfortable leading the full commercial conversation from introduction and discovery through to presentation, negotiation, objection handling, and close.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals with:
- Strong commercial and business-development experience
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Established relationships within their country or region
- Strong knowledge of the local luxury, hospitality, business, or HNW market
- Confidence dealing with senior decision-makers and high-value clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- A professional and polished approach
- Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mentality
- Ability to operate independently while working closely with international management
- Strong local market and cultural knowledge
Experience within luxury, hospitality, concierge, travel, private aviation, yachting, wealth management, property, sport, entertainment, private banking, or other premium sectors would be advantageous.
Commercial Opportunity
This is a commercial, performance-driven appointment rather than a traditional salaried position. Regional Directors will have the opportunity to earn through qualifying commercial activity, including:
- Client acquisition
- Memberships
- Corporate and agency opportunities
- Bespoke packages
- Partnership development
- Strategic commercial opportunities
The applicable commission structure, eligibility requirements, and payment terms will be confirmed as part of the formal Regional Director agreement.
Long-Term Opportunity
For high-performing Regional Directors, there may be opportunities for further progression as Life of Riley Official expands internationally, including:
