About the Role

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a commercially driven and transformational leader to join our leadership team as Business Unit Manager UK & Regional Director UK & Ireland.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for the performance and growth of our UK & Ireland business. Success in this role requires a leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, who aligns and energizes teams around ambitious commercial objectives and creates a culture of accountability, customer focus, sales excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Drive Business Performance

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Accelerate growth across equipment, service, modernization, and digital solutions.
  • Increase recurring revenue through service growth, customer retention, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts to increase share of wallet.
  • Ensure excellence in pricing, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
