About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Director for our Central BSS region. This role is pivotal in shaping the success of a region that is operationally strong but faces sales challenges inline with current market conditions. You will lead the region through its next phase of growth and transformation, ensuring the delivery of branch business plans and local market strategies while fostering a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion.

Location: Central / Midlands - we are looking for someone who lives on patch for this role

Reporting To: Josie Crowe, BSS Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Guide the region through change, build on strong foundations, and set high performance standards.
  • Sales Growth: Address sales challenges by engaging customers, driving and supporting sales teams' activities, and developing branch-led business strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Continue to build on strong safety practices and implement operational improvements.
  • Talent Development: Strengthen the talent pipeline through focused succession planning, coaching, and creating an inclusive culture.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity across the region
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit and loss, develop business plans, and respond proactively to financial performance trends.
