About Dash0
Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.
The Opportunity
We've just closed our Series B at unicorn valuation and we're scaling fast. This is a rare opportunity to step in as our first frontline sales leader on the ground, build out our EMEA footprint, close strategic enterprise accounts, and establish the playbook for our next phase of hypergrowth. We are fundamentally changing how engineering teams work—and you'll be leading from the front line.
As our first lead in this position, you are an absolute doer with a fierce winning mindset. Reporting directly to the VP Enterprise Sales EMEA, you will take hands-on operational leadership of our first cohort of Enterprise AEs covering our primary growth markets: Nordics & UKI.
What You’ll Do
- Frontline Leadership & Team Building: Lead our initial Enterprise AEs across Nordics and UKI by example. Drive a clear ramp-to-results culture, actively coach your team in the field, and instill an unrelenting ambition to win.
- Hands-on Deal Closing: Stay close to the metal. You won't hesitate to jump into the trenches to co-sell, guide multi-stakeholder strategy, and personally cross the finish line on six-figure+ enterprise deals.
- Playbook & Category Creation: Partner directly with the VP Enterprise Sales EMEA to shape the regional GTM playbook—building out the value proposition for an emerging product, defining the ICP, and creating a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
- Rigorous Forecasting: Set the standard for pipeline transparency, deal discipline, and forecast accuracy across your territories.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Solution to land key logos and execute land-and-expand strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
- The Pioneer / Builder: You thrive in early-stage environments where there is no established brand recognition. You know how to create urgency, educate technical buyers, and build a category from scratch.
- Technical Credibility: You are deeply comfortable in the developer and engineering ecosystem. You hold authoritative, peer-level conversations with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, SRE leads, and Platform Engineers.
- Hands-on Frontline Leader: You bring high execution energy and zero ego. You prefer leading from the field alongside your reps rather than managing strictly from behind a dashboard.
- Enterprise Deal Architect: You excel at navigating complex, six-figure+ deal structures with long evaluation cycles, multiple technical decision-makers, and stringent security reviews.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience with a proven track record selling complex developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or technical engineering platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing, leading, or mentoring AEs, backed by a consistent track record of exceeding substantial enterprise quotas in EMEA (specifically UKI and Nordics).
- Proven success selling an unknown or emerging product into technical enterprise buyers (0-to-1 or early growth stages).
- Fluent English (Nordic languages are a plus).
