Salary: C.£80,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Location: Hybrid - Kent, South East

We are recruiting an experienced Regional Director for a leading healthcare staffing organisation. This multi-site leadership role oversees regional performance, growth, workforce utilisation and service delivery across several territories.

To be considered, you must have healthcare recruitment agency experience and a proven track record leading managers in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

You must be driven to succeed, up for a challenge, passionate about healthcare, and focused on delivering results. You will be able to motivate, coach and lead a team to consistently high performance.

The Role

As Regional Director, You Will

  • Lead Area Managers and ensure strong operational rhythm across all territories.
  • Own regional performance across growth, retention, covered hours, fill rate and workforce utilisation.
  • Drive client strategy, service quality, complaint reduction and senior-level service recovery.
  • Oversee workforce supply, recruitment alignment, availability capture and utilisation improvement.
  • Champion digital-first fulfilment, CRM discipline, data accuracy and workflow completion.
  • Review financial performance, cost-to-serve, contribution and operational efficiency.
  • Act as senior escalation owner for service risks, compliance issues and safeguarding concerns.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, pace and measurable improvement.

Requirements

  • Healthcare recruitment agency experience is essential
  • Strong regional or multi-site leadership background
  • Proven ability to lead managers and deliver results through others
  • Excellent understanding of operational KPIs, workforce utilisation and shift fulfilment
  • Confident using CRM, workforce platforms, recruitment data and dashboards
  • Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder-management skills
  • High standards in compliance, governance and data discipline
