REGIONAL DIRECTOR — The Motorcycle Company

Field-based (in-region) | In stores 22 days/month

We consult for 25-rooftops — 21 Harley-Davidson, 3 powersports, 1 marine — operating coast to coast. All groups are in acquisition mode and growing toward 40–50 stores, and we manage the stores on one process and one scoreboard.

We are hiring Regional Directors to own the P&L, the people, and the result of a 4-6-store cluster.

Regions:

  • West Coast
  • Mountain
  • Northeast
  • Mid Atlantic
  • Southeast

What You Own

  • Operating profit, unit volume, and gross across 4-6 stores.
  • The GMs — you develop them, hold them accountable, provide direct support to hit store objectives.
  • Staffing every store to budget and the plan.
  • The turnaround of the bottom quartile — where 60% of your days and most of your upside live.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
