As we continue to grow across North EMEA, we're looking for a Regional Director, Professional Services to lead our regional delivery organisation. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving successful customer outcomes, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the profitable delivery of complex enterprise projects across the region.
What You'll Do
As Regional Director, you'll lead the Professional Services organisation across North EMEA, balancing customer success, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing Project Managers, Consultants, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Overseeing a portfolio of complex enterprise implementation projects across multiple customers, countries, and business units.
- Driving project delivery performance while ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Managing project governance, delivery risks, scope, change management, and executive-level customer escalations.
- Taking ownership of project revenue, margins, forecasting, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Managing customer contracts, Statements of Work, delivery commitments, and commercial assumptions.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing Professional Services teams.
- Creating transparency through accurate reporting, forecasting, and proactive risk management.
- Supporting the continued growth and maturity of the Professional Services organisation across the region.

What We're Looking For - Essential Experience
- Significant leadership experience within Professional Services, enterprise software, SaaS, technology consulting, or systems implementation.
- Experience managing Project Managers, Consultants, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proven success delivering complex enterprise customer implementations.
- Strong commercial experience, including ownership of project revenue, margins, budgets, and forecasting.
- Experience managing senior customer stakeholders and executive-level escalations.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements across regions or business units.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, scope control, and change management.
- Experience managing customer contracts, Statements of Work, and delivery obligations.
- A track record of improving delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), document management, workflow automation, business process automation, or information management.
- Experience delivering cloud, SaaS, or hybrid enterprise solutions.
- Experience working across North EMEA and leading culturally diverse teams.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition within a Professional Services environment.
- Experience managing implementation partners, subcontractors, or offshore delivery teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, ITIL, or similar project or programme management certifications.
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Travel
