Regional Director of Infrastructure Delivery

OneSchool Global UK is one of the world's largest and most successful networks of independent schools, operating 23 campuses across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

As we continue to invest significantly in our learning environments, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Director of Infrastructure Delivery to lead the planning and delivery of major capital works, campus developments and infrastructure projects across the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects that will have a lasting impact on students, staff and communities nationwide. Working closely with both Regional and Global Infrastructure leaders, you will play a key role in delivering projects that support our long-term growth, sustainability and educational ambitions.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Global Infrastructure function, you will provide strategic leadership across capital planning, project delivery, procurement, design governance and construction management.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of capital projects from initial concept and business case development through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards.

Working across a geographically dispersed estate, you will collaborate with Campus Leadership Teams, Facilities Management colleagues, consultants and contractors to ensure our infrastructure investment delivers exceptional learning environments and long-term value.

Alongside programme delivery, you will lead and develop a specialist Infrastructure Delivery team, creating a high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As Regional Director of Infrastructure Delivery, you will:

  • Lead the planning, development and delivery of OneSchool Global UK's capital works and infrastructure portfolio.
  • Develop long-term infrastructure plans, capital investment strategies and business cases that support organisational growth.
  • Oversee capital budgets, forecasting, expenditure and portfolio performance.
  • Deliver multiple concurrent construction and infrastructure projects across a national estate.
  • Provide strategic advice on infrastructure investment, campus development, risk management and project prioritisation.
  • Lead procurement, tendering, contract administration and commercial management activities to ensure value for money and effective supplier performance.
  • Oversee consultant engagement, design governance and project approval processes.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with statutory requirements, organisational standards and health and safety legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across campus, regional and global teams.
  • Lead, develop and mentor the Infrastructure Delivery team, ensuring consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practice across infrastructure delivery and project governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
