This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025
We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as Regional Director of Project Management in Manchester.
Reporting to Regional Managing Director, you’ll oversee Project Management, Design Management and Cost Planning, and all pre-construction services necessary to enable delivery of a range of residential led projects. At a time when the delivery of housing is very much at the centre of the national agenda, you will be able to play a key part in delivering new affordable homes across the country.
You will lead a team of colleagues based out of our Manchester office and work closely with other teams across the business from the inception of a project right the way through to the handover and aftercare of our customers' new homes. The range of projects will vary from mixed-use, high-rise city centre regeneration to joint venture housing schemes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
