Regional Director Opportunity | The Alpha Group
This position is open to candidates from all around the world except for South Asia
At a certain point in your career, the question changes. It’s no longer about building your business. It becomes about where your experience actually compounds. That’s where this conversation begins.
About The Alpha Group
The Alpha Group is a global peer-to-peer advisory organisation operating across 30+ countries, focused on helping SME leaders grow, scale, and make better decisions through structured board-level collaboration. It is part of the wider ecosystem alongside Noble Manhattan Coaching, consistently recognised among the top coaching organisations globally. At its core, Alpha is built on a simple idea: Experienced leaders, when brought together in the right environment, solve problems faster and build stronger businesses than they ever could in isolation.
The Role: Regional Director
This is not a traditional position. As a Regional Director, you build and lead your own peer-to-peer advisory boards made up of business owners and CEOs. You bring together non-competing leaders, facilitate structured monthly sessions, and guide conversations around strategy, growth, leadership, and decision-making. You are not there to lecture. You are not there to consult in the traditional sense. You create the environment where high-level thinking happens, and where real decisions get made. This opportunity is open globally, with Regional Directors operating across multiple countries and markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Why This Tends to Stand Out
For the right individual, this becomes something far more than “another role.” It is a shift:
- From working in one business → to influencing many
- From one-to-one work → to scalable impact
- From active income → to recurring, compounding income
Most Directors start with one board and build from there. A single board can generate ~£2,500/month, with many scaling towards £10,000–£15,000/month as additional boards are established. Alongside this, you build a high-value network of business owners, CEOs, and decision-makers, not surface-level connections, but relationships formed through real conversations and accountability.
Who This Is NOT For
Do not apply if:
- You are looking for a salaried job
- You have little to no experience in leadership, business ownership, or strategy
- You are uncomfortable facilitating conversations with senior decision-makers
You will not be responded to.

Who This IS For
This tends to resonate with individuals who:
- Have led, built, or scaled businesses
- Have experience in consulting, leadership, or strategic roles
- Are already sought out for their perspective and judgement
- Want to move into a role where their experience compounds across multiple businesses
- Are comfortable operating independently and building something of their own
- Care about impact, influence, and long-term positioning, not just income
There is usually a point in a career where continuing the same path no longer feels like growth. This tends to be where people start paying attention.
A Final Note
This is not a salaried position. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity that requires an initial investment at the very beginning, aligned with building your own advisory practice within The Alpha Group framework. This is not for everyone. And it is not meant to be. But for the right person, it often becomes one of the most meaningful and commercially rewarding transitions they make.
