Regional Director – West & Midlands
Lead Change. Drive Performance. Deliver Growth.
Location: Covering our West & Midlands businesses (regional travel required)
Package: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus + Car Allowance
We're seeking an exceptional Regional Director to lead our West & Midlands region during an exciting period of growth and investment. The Role
As Regional Director, you'll take full accountability for the commercial and operational success of the region, leading a geographically dispersed team while ensuring outstanding service delivery and sustainable business growth. You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve systems, optimise processes, and deliver measurable improvements across all aspects of the operation. This is a visible leadership position where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of regional profit and loss performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement.
- Driving sustainable revenue growth through customer retention, pricing strategy, and new business opportunities.
- Leading, coaching, and developing multi-site operational teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Delivering operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, and service performance.
- Leading business transformation and systems improvement initiatives across the region.
- Strengthening commercial performance through effective pipeline management and conversion.
- Building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise operations, improve customer experience, and support future growth.

About You
You'll be an experienced Regional Director who combines strong commercial awareness with a hands-on operational approach. You'll have a passion for developing people, driving performance, and delivering meaningful change within fast-paced service environments.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven responsibility for P&L management and commercial performance.
- A strong background within field-based or service-led businesses.
- Experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, and systems implementation.
- A track record of delivering results within high-growth and ideally private equity-backed organisations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- A resilient, adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
