Regional E-Commerce Operations Specialist - Premium Global Consumer Brand

Are you looking to step into a role where you'll genuinely influence how one of Europe's most recognised consumer brands delivers products to thousands of customers every day?

We're recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful international business that is investing heavily in the future of its e-commerce operation across Western Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer operations, order management, supply chain or e-commerce operations to join a growing international team where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

You'll become the operational heartbeat of the online business, ensuring customer orders flow seamlessly from click to delivery across multiple European markets.

Working with logistics partners, customer service teams, IT, warehouses, and commercial colleagues, you'll solve operational challenges, improve processes, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring end-to-end e-commerce order flow
  • Resolving operational issues across multiple systems
  • Working closely with logistics and warehouse partners
  • Supporting customer service with complex escalations
  • Analysing operational KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Supporting major commercial campaigns and product launches
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across Europe

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2-5 years' experience within Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce Operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel and analytical capability
  • Experience working with ERP, SAP, or order management systems (desirable)
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams
  • Fluent English
