We're looking for a Regional Engagement Manager

We're looking for a Regional Engagement Manager to join our team on a permanent basis covering London & South East of England. This role offers a salary of £46,000 - £55,000 and is a remote position with close connection to London and the South East of England. This role will have line management responsibility for 4 Regional Executives.

  • Support the Regional Director in delivering the regional strategic plan, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives
  • Deputise for the Regional Director at meetings and events where required
  • Manage and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, 1:1s, and clear objectives
  • Build strong internal relationships across teams to deliver a joined up, high quality member experience
  • Collaborate with local active members and external stakeholders to deliver regional priorities
  • Network with business leaders and professional bodies to enhance regional presence and influence

What you will need

  • Strong relationship management with senior leadership (SLT) and external stakeholders
  • Proven people management experience, including handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution
  • KPI and budget driven, with a good understanding of current affairs and regional business issues
  • Comfortable with travel requirements
  • Hands on and proactive approach
