🚨 Regional HSE Business Partner – 2 Roles
💰 Salary: £42,250–£48,500 + Company Car
📍 Role 1: Bristol | Gloucester | Swindon | Coventry
📍 Role 2: Scunthorpe | Nottingham | Lincoln | Peterborough
I’m currently recruiting for Regional HSE Business Partners to support the safe and compliant delivery of projects, engineering services, construction activities, and operational works across their region.
This is a regional, field-based role where you’ll act as the main HSE contact for operational teams, working closely with managers, project teams, engineers, contractors, and customers.
The role will involve:
- Carrying out site inspections, audits, and behavioural observations
- Reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, permits, and safe systems of work
- Supporting incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis
- Managing contractor HSE performance and compliance
- Supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements
- Providing practical HSE advice, coaching, and guidance to operational teams
- Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings
- Monitoring HSE performance, trends, and corrective actions
- Supporting new project and contract mobilisation

I’m looking for someone with:
- Experience in an HSE role within construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial environments
- Strong site-based risk management, inspection, and audit experience
- Experience investigating incidents and supporting multiple projects or locations
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable experience includes NEBOSH Construction, NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ Level 6, ISO management systems, CDM, and internal auditing.
🚗 These are field-based roles involving regular travel across the relevant region, with occasional overnight stays.
