Regional Estates Supervisor
Location: Nottingham
Position Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Regional Estates Supervisor to support a portfolio of care and education services across a regional estate.
This role will suit someone with a background in property, facilities, or estates management, ideally within healthcare, social care, education, or another regulated environment. You will work closely with service leaders, maintenance teams, and senior estates colleagues to help ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, well maintained, and suitable for the people supported.
The role will involve:
- Supervising Maintenance Technicians across the region
- Managing work orders, planned works, and estates records
- Acting as an escalation point for estates issues
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and decorating programmes
- Reviewing fire and water risk assessment actions
- Supporting statutory inspections and compliance checks
- Carrying out site visits to review completed works and plan future works
- Completing property condition reports and identifying priorities
- Allocating work to internal teams and external contractors
- Sourcing suitable contractors and trades where required
- Supporting budgets, cost plans, and capital works
- Monitoring task reports, portal alerts, and regional estates activity
- Participating in the regional on-call rota

We are looking for someone with:
- Property management, facilities management, or estates experience
- Good understanding of building maintenance and property compliance
- Experience supervising maintenance staff or coordinating contractors
- Ability to manage work orders, records, inspections, and escalations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently across a regional portfolio
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car

- Estates or facilities experience within healthcare, social care, or education
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Knowledge of statutory inspections, fire safety, and water safety actions
- Experience supporting maintenance budgets or planned works programmes
