Salary: £37,500
Working Hours:
Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm

About the Role
G4S Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of Soft FM staff, including Attendance Management, Disciplinaries, recruitment, vetting, performance, development, and appraisals. To ensure service provision is in line with contractual KPIs and agreed Procedures.
- Assist with the Training Plan and disseminate training materials across the sites. Also, maintain Training Records.
- Responsible for ensuring all Team Master Folders are up-to-date and regularly reviewed, including: Procedures, RA's, SSOW's, COSHH.
- Responsibility for KPI compliance associated with specific KPIs relative to Soft FM.
- Responsible for completing HR Monthly Return Stats and CAFM Stats.
- Responsible for undertaking focused team audits (including other teams), behavioural checklists, and H&S Tours.
- H&S: Chair H&S Committee Meetings, Produce H&S Stats bi-monthly, Maintain COSHH Register, Monitor and Log Incident Reports, Accident Investigations, Issue/log TBT's, Undertake Key Audits, Participate in H&S Audits.
- Client liaison: Attend Monthly Performance Meetings and take minutes, field actions arising. Manage and monitor complaints Register including carrying out complaint investigations where required.
- Responsible for CAFM management, including monthly audit of PPM's and ensuring timely close down of tasks.
- Act as Deputy Fire Co-ordinator.
- Responsible for day-to-day Agency management.
- Carry out disciplinary investigations as required.
- Assist the wider Account Team when required.
