Regional Facilities Manager
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact across a diverse national estate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational excellence, compliance, contractor management and long-term asset planning?
OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join our Infrastructure & Facilities Management team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our campuses remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for purpose, enabling exceptional learning environments for our students and staff.
With campuses located across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, this role will require regular travel and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across a geographically dispersed region.
What you'll be doing
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of facilities operations across your region, ensuring maintenance programmes, compliance requirements and asset management activities are delivered effectively and consistently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing facilities management operations across multiple campuses.
- Managing preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Leading emergency response and making safe arrangements for facilities-related incidents.
- Ensuring statutory compliance, inspections, certifications and maintenance obligations are met.
- Managing facilities contractors and service providers, including performance monitoring and contract compliance.
- Maintaining oversight of asset registers, condition data and lifecycle planning.
- Supporting capital investment decisions through asset condition and renewal recommendations.
- Managing maintenance budgets and operational expenditure.
- Monitoring utilities consumption and driving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Working closely with Regional Heads of School, Principals and Campus Support Teams to deliver safe, effective and compliant learning environments.
- Supporting continuous improvement across facilities management, service delivery and asset performance.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring significant facilities or property management experience gained within a multi-site organisation, together with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational delivery.
You will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering, Asset Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience within facilities management, maintenance or property operations.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, contractor management and maintenance planning.
- Experience managing facilities budgets and service contracts.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Experience maintaining asset registers and using facilities or asset management systems.
- Understanding of sustainability, utilities management and environmental initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographical region.
