Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

About the Role

We’re searching for an incredible Regional Facilities Manager to join the team to support our incredible Build to Rent portfolio across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Brighton, Hove and Southampton!

You will be required to visit each site every 3-4 weeks on rotation and additional visits may be required depending on business needs. You will be based at the closest site to your location and you would be required to be at that site one day a week.

You will be responsible for the regional delivery of FM services to all developments under management, alongside onboarding and mobilisation of new assets in conjunction with other departments and key stakeholders.

What will you do?

  • Ensure that all FM related objectives are completed in a timely way in accordance with customer standards and SLA’s
  • Ensure the team maintain a proactive solution driven work ethic
  • Provide quarterly reports showing regional performance measurement, objectives and trends
  • Oversee the timetable and completion of all HSE inspections
  • Oversee the compliance of regional planned maintenance works on
  • Control regional operating spend in line with annual budget
  • Work closely with the commercial team to achieve best possible value, assist with all projected spend analysis
  • Manage regional supplier resources to ensure service contracts are in place
  • To act as a role model for the values and key behaviours across the organization.
  • Work closely with the mobilisation team throughout the go live planning and subsequent recruitment of staff

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a regional FM role in Residential/Hotels
  • M&E planning with a focus on statutory compliance
  • Team supervisory experience
  • Supply chain governance
  • Budget planning and forecasting of £8m+
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Planning Project Qualifications
  • BIFM level 4
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).
