Are you an experienced Regional Facilities Manager with a strong background in Retail Facilities Management?

A leading Facilities Management organisation is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail sites across the Home Counties and Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a mobile engineering team, drive operational performance and build strong client relationships across a busy regional contract.

The Role

As The Regional Facilities Manager, You'll

  • Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a regional retail portfolio.
  • Manage and develop a mobile engineering team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, SLAs and KPIs across all sites.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Manage budgets and support commercial performance across the region.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support senior operational leadership and provide cover when required.

You

To be successful in the role of Regional Facilities Manager, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing Hard FM services within a retail environment.
  • Experience leading mobile engineering teams across multiple sites.
  • A recognised technical background in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.
  • Strong understanding of planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
  • Experience using CAFM systems and interpreting performance data.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
