Are you an experienced Regional Facilities Manager with a strong background in multi-site property and facilities management? We’re recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across Hampshire and the wider South West.

This is a mobile contract role with responsibility for maintenance, contractors, compliance, and service performance across multiple sites.

The Role

As The Regional Facilities Manager, You Will

  • Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and repairs across multiple properties.
  • Manage contractors covering engineering, cleaning, security, and other FM services.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, statutory compliance, and site standards are maintained.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, costs, and contractor performance.
  • Coordinate responses to major incidents and building emergencies.
  • Work closely with property and site teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

About You

To be successful as the Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll have:

  • Proven facilities or property management experience across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and building compliance.
  • Experience managing contractors and outsourced service providers.
  • Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
  • Strong client, stakeholder, and relationship management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the regional portfolio.
