Regional Facilities Manager EMEA

Our client supports organisations around the world to develop, implement and manage their Integrated Facilities and Workplace Management strategies.

Core responsibilities
- Lead a Regional Facilities /Workplace management, providing strategic and operational direction
- Undertake strategic and operational responsibility for all FM Workplace provision both hard and soft services
- Develop an early understanding of the client’s business and needs and be comfortable giving advice on developing consistency in FM and other associated services across the EMEA portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders, ensuring a best in class FM Workplace offering
- Lead, coach, and develop the facilities team, driving performance and operational excellence.
- Drive Management and Service improvement across the EMEA portfolio;
- Provide advice to client on sustainability matters. Understand and maintain awareness of latest industry
- Proactively work with FM Procurement to manage and evaluate supplier contracts and where applicable tendering contracts to improve service levels;
- Generate and implements improvements through periodic review of the account structure and supply chain
- Preparing budgets to ensure service levels are maintained as per client requirements and any savings and initiatives are captured; and
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives

- Facilities / Workplace Management Experience at an international level
- Strong experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and building operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Remote management of a multi-region team
- Management of service delivery through a Managed Service model;
- Management of budgets both opex and capex
- Developing strong client relationships in a challenging environment
