We're Hiring a Regional Facilities Manager On An Initial 3-6 Month Temporary Contract, Covering a Portfolio Of Five Residential Developments Across
- 📍 Bristol
- 📍 Bath
- 📍 Cardiff
- 📍 Southampton
This is a senior, hands-on regional role - not remote, not single-site. You'll be out visiting your buildings regularly, leading a team of Building Services Managers, and making sure every community is safe, compliant and running brilliantly from day one.

What You'll Own
- ✅ Team leadership & people development

- ✅ Customer experience across all sites
What We're Looking For
- 🔹 Strong regional FM experience - ideally from a residential, hotel, or PBSA (student accommodation) background rather than commercial FM
- 🔹 Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
- 🔹 IOSH Managing Safely + BIFM Level 4 (or working towards)
- 🔹 Confident with M&E, statutory compliance, and supply chain management
- 🔹 A driver with your own car, happy to travel regularly across the region
- 🔹 Senior and credible enough to lead contractors, chair H&S forums, and liaise with enforcement bodies
