We're Hiring a Regional Facilities Manager On An Initial 3-6 Month Temporary Contract, Covering a Portfolio Of Five Residential Developments Across

  • πŸ“ Southampton

This is a senior, hands-on regional role - not remote, not single-site. You'll be out visiting your buildings regularly, leading a team of Building Services Managers, and making sure every community is safe, compliant and running brilliantly from day one.

What You'll Own

  • βœ… Team leadership & people development
  • βœ… Statutory compliance & H&S across the region
  • βœ… Planned & reactive maintenance
  • βœ… Mobilisation of new developments
  • βœ… Budget control (Β£8m+)
  • βœ… Customer experience across all sites

What We're Looking For

  • πŸ”Ή Strong regional FM experience - ideally from a residential, hotel, or PBSA (student accommodation) background rather than commercial FM
  • πŸ”Ή Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
  • πŸ”Ή IOSH Managing Safely + BIFM Level 4 (or working towards)
  • πŸ”Ή Confident with M&E, statutory compliance, and supply chain management
  • πŸ”Ή A driver with your own car, happy to travel regularly across the region
  • πŸ”Ή Senior and credible enough to lead contractors, chair H&S forums, and liaise with enforcement bodies
