Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, engineering, life safety, and vendor management.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and operational reporting.
  • Oversee service providers and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the facilities team, driving performance and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and service innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of facilities management experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and building operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities/work order management systems.
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, IFMA, or BOMA are an advantage.
