The Role
The Regional F&B Director is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations in Legends Global venues within the region, driving quality and service standards to the highest level and promoting innovation and product development whilst maintaining a close control of costs both product and labour.
This individual will act as the champion for the development of the F&B Management team ensuring that the culture of the team reflects that of the wider teams within their respective venues.
The Responsibilities
- Lead the regional F&B strategy, working with venue leadership teams to develop and deliver commercial plans that maximise revenue, profitability and operational performance.
- Drive financial performance across the region, setting and monitoring budgets and forecasts, controlling labour and operating costs, overseeing month-end reporting and identifying efficiencies across stock, equipment, product and resource.
- Lead, inspire and develop high-performing F&B teams, supporting the recruitment and development of management teams while encouraging collaboration, best-practice sharing and consistent ways of working across venues.
- Deliver exceptional, compliant F&B operations, ensuring consistently high standards across concessions, restaurants and hospitality suites, with robust controls around stock, food hygiene, allergens and health & safety.
- Build strong commercial partnerships and champion innovation, managing key stakeholders, clients, suppliers and contractors, identifying new revenue and cost-saving opportunities, adapting to market trends and supporting successful venue contract extensions.

What we're looking for
- Strong F&B operational expertise, with a Personal Licence, food hygiene certification and thorough knowledge of licensing, food safety, allergens, health & safety and other statutory requirements.
- Commercially and financially astute, with proven experience of budget management, cash handling, stock control, margin optimisation and cost management.
- An inspiring, hands-on leader, able to lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service and build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines and operate confidently using your own initiative.
