We're looking for a Regional Field Manager covering the Horsham area and surrounding counties.

At eXPD8, you'll lead a team of District Team Leaders and Display Representatives, ensuring merchandising activity is delivered to the highest standard across major UK retailers. You'll recruit, coach and support your team while maintaining a strong presence in the field.

Key Details

  • Ideal Catchment Area: Horsham area
  • Coverage Area: Bromley, Dorking, Guildford, Littlehampton, Hastings, Ashford, Sevenoaks
  • Salary: From £34,500 (inclusive of car allowance)
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work)
  • Location: Hybrid, with regular travel across the region

How You'll Deliver Excellence

  • Accountable for regional performance and KPI delivery
  • Leading and developing a high-performing field team
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training team members
  • Driving quality execution aligned to company standards
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with client services
  • Managing people processes including reviews, objectives, and performance management
  • Providing clear, regular communication and feedback across your region
  • Supporting and developing team capability for current and future client needs
  • Championing new initiatives, services, and ways of working
  • Creating a positive, engaged, and inclusive team culture
  • Maintaining regular face-to-face contact with team members across the region

What Makes You Excellent

  • Experience in field sales or retail support environments
  • Minimum 2 years line management experience with strong results
  • Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor teams
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Confident with IT systems and social media tools
  • Experience with tactical or syndicated teams
  • Grocery retail experience and understanding of store systems
  • Budget or overhead management experience
