About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to join the Growth team and lead field marketing activity across the Middle East. Based in the UK, you will own regional execution across priority and expansion markets, working closely with Growth, Sales and local country leadership.

This is a hands-on role spanning third-party sponsorships, executive events, account-based marketing activations and country launches. You will turn regional priorities into locally relevant programs that build relationships with strategic accounts, support market expansion and contribute to pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of regional field marketing activity, including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences.
- Deliver events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Execute programs using established event playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activity for individual markets while maintaining brand and execution standards.
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams to activate priority strategic accounts through ABM programs such as executive dinners, roundtables and targeted on-site experiences.
