Role Overview
We are looking for a Regional Finance Administrator to be based at our Northampton GP3 site (NN4 5FB). The key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely & accurate financial administrative information, relating to activities within the assigned region.
Previous experience within a finance role is highly desirable, but full training can be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career within finance.
The salary for this role is £27,651.66 per annum. It is a hybrid role with up to 4 remote days per week (subject to business requirements). The working hours for this role are:
- Monday & Tuesday: 07:00 - 17:30
- Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Thursday & Friday: Either 10:00 - 16:30 or 08:00 - 14:30
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate weekly calculation of revenue figures, in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete accurate journals and accruals within the correct time frame.
- Production of timely customer sales invoices.
- Accurately capture all PO and cost data in a timely manner, escalating any queries to the Line Manager as appropriate.
- Production of reliable “Quicks” on a weekly basis within the agreed accuracy tolerance levels and resolution of any month end variances.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external, being seen as the first point of contact for any queries.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Previous experience within a finance role is highly desirable, but full training can be provided.
- AAT qualification or similar is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Excel.
