Regional Finance Manager – EMEA

Location: United Kingdom (Remote) Travel: Approximately 20% across EMEA

We're looking for a Regional Finance Manager – EMEA to join our global leadership team, supporting one of the world's leading datacentre organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead regional financial operations across more than 30 countries while managing a high-performing team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting.

Working within a global programme supporting over $600M in annual operations, you'll collaborate with teams across Finance, Security Operations, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, Business Operations and Shared Services to deliver operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts and Billing Specialists across the EMEA region.
  • Own the regional budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy and financial governance.
  • Analyse financial and operational performance to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support both routine operations and business initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and affiliate partners to ensure compliance with financial models and service level agreements.
  • Lead regional finance projects and support business continuity planning.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong financial expertise with exceptional leadership skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance leadership role.
  • Experience of managing and developing teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience working within a large, complex, operational or multinational organisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate financial information confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence.

Additional Information

  • Remote position based in the UK.
  • Approximately 20% international travel across the EMEA region.
  • Flexibility to support key finance cycles, including month-end close and quarterly budgeting activities, which may occasionally require evening or weekend work.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be fluent in spoken and written English.
